Great Content in a VERY Uncomfortable Environment

Rickey was amazing! Let me start there. The problem was the venue. I have never been so uncomfortable for three hours in my life! The glorified picnic folding chairs they sit you in are as comfortable as you could imagine. You sit with the person next to you literally sharing your seat. If there are two “larger” individuals seated next to one another, you’ll literally know each time the other person takes a sip of their drink. They’ll bump you approximately three times while doing so. Don’t even THINK about getting up to use the restroom! You’ll disturb everyone in your row plus the row immediately in front and behind you. In addition, there’s no slope to the floor. You’re literally looking at the person’s head in front of you from the second row, ALL the way to the back last few rows where there are actually seats on a different level. If these examples alone don’t hinder you, let’s discuss how they let in people an hour late for the show and allow them to use the flashlight from their cellphone to find their seats. The folding chairs, remember? Good luck finding a number on them! Lastly, don’t be in ANY type of rush to leave because instead of letting the crowd out via the exists in the theater, they usher you back out into the casino in hopes of getting even MORE of your money! The process takes about a half hour or so depending on crowd size. Again Rickey did a fantastic job. He and his crew gave a good show. I didn’t care much for the “CNN-ish” political show that happened at the end with a certain individual running for office, but overall it was very enjoyable. I will just never attend another concert at this venue. Too much paid for backyard seating with your neighbors sharing a lawn chair with you. Find another venue next time you’re in Northeast Ohio Rickey, PLEASE???
